My name is Sahan Damayantha, a Certified PADI Instructor (License No: 407801). Growing up in Tissamaharama, right next to Sri Lanka’s famous wildlife parks, I was always surrounded by nature and developed a strong passion for the tourism industry.
My greatest inspiration was my uncle, Mr. Thaminda K. Kumara, an ocean environmentalist with over 30 years of experience. I was fascinated by his passion for the sea and decided I had to follow in his footsteps. My life changed the day I took my first Discovery Scuba Diving course at his center in Weligama. From that moment on, the ocean became my calling, and I dedicated my life to mastering the art of diving and sharing its wonders with others.
